The Founding Team
Eshan Mukherjee
Eshan is Master of Finance candidate at Emory (Goizueta) and a Babson BBA (2025). Born in Delhi, raised in Basel, educated across three continents, and trained as a professional tennis player — he learned early that the highest level takes belief and guidance, not only skill. That idea anchors MentorNexGen.
Sreeja Mukherjee
Sreeja Mukherjee is Chief Growth Officer of MentorNexGen and Founder/CEO of Integrated Advisory GmbH, connecting global talent with opportunities. A cross-border expert in financial education, she also co-founded OAWA ( oawa.in), an Indian platform that has empowered over 2,000 professionals in wealth management and professional development.
