TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Who We Are

MentorNexGen is a career development and mentorship platform operated by Integrated Advisory GmbH, a Swiss limited liability company registered in Basel-Landschaft, Switzerland. We provide professional mentorship, training courses, interview preparation, and internship-matching services to users worldwide.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the MentorNexGen website (mentornexgen.com), registering an account, enrolling in any course or program, or using any service we provide, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including students, mentors, employers, investors, and visitors, regardless of their country of residence.

Definitions

  • "Platform" means the MentorNexGen website and all associated digital services.
  • "User" means any individual who accesses or registers on the Platform.
  • "Participant" means a User who has enrolled in a course or mentorship program.
  • "Content" means all materials made available on the Platform, including course content, session recordings, and downloadable resources.
  • "Services" means mentorship sessions, training courses, micro-internship programs, and any other offerings on the Platform.

Registration and Account

To access certain features, you must register and create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach at office@mentornexgen.com.
  • Be at least 16 years of age. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

MentorNexGen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment

Enrollment in a course or program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an accepted payment plan. Enrollment is personal and non-transferable.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated. Prices for users in other regions may vary. Applicable taxes and VAT are shown separately where required by law.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via our payment partners. MentorNexGen's bank account is held in Switzerland. We accept major credit and debit cards and, where available, bank transfer. All payment data is encrypted and processed in accordance with applicable financial regulations.

Invoices

A digital invoice will be issued upon successful payment. For Swiss corporate clients, invoices will include VAT details as applicable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

MentorNexGen operates the following cancellation and refund terms:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus a CHF 50 administrative fee.
  • Cancellation 7–14 days before course start: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation fewer than 7 days before course start: No refund. A course credit may be issued at MentorNexGen's discretion.
  • Holding fees paid to reserve a course place are non-refundable.
  • If MentorNexGen cancels a session due to insufficient enrollment or other operational reasons, participants will receive a full refund or credit.

Users in EU/EEA jurisdictions may additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law when enrolling online for the first time.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, workbooks, templates, and platform content are owned by or licensed to Integrated Advisory GmbH. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal and professional development purposes only.

Participants may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish course materials without written consent.
  • Share login access to enable third parties to access paid content.
  • Use course materials for commercial resale or training delivery without a license agreement.

User Conduct

All users agree to engage respectfully with mentors, instructors, and other participants. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward any person.
  • Posting or sharing false, misleading, or defamatory information.
  • Unauthorized scraping, crawling, or automated access to the Platform.
  • Uploading or distributing malicious software or harmful content.
  • Impersonating MentorNexGen staff, mentors, or other users.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

Mentor and Employer Conduct

Mentors and employers using the Platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate biographical and professional information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of participant information shared during sessions.
  • Comply with applicable labor and employment laws in their jurisdiction.
  • Not solicit participants for employment or paid engagement outside the Platform without MentorNexGen's knowledge.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law (and applicable foreign law):

  • MentorNexGen does not guarantee employment, placement, or specific career outcomes because of participation in any program.
  • MentorNexGen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
  • MentorNexGen's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • MentorNexGen is not liable for third-party content, employer decisions, or outcomes of internship or job placements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. MentorNexGen makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform or its content.

Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, video conferencing platforms, learning management systems). MentorNexGen is not responsible for the practices, terms, or security of third-party services. Users should review the relevant third-party policies independently.

Changes to Services

MentorNexGen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time with reasonable notice where possible. Changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canton Basel-Landschaft, Switzerland, except where mandatory consumer protection law in the User's country of residence provides otherwise.
