Practical skills. Taught by people who use them every day.

Our courses are built around one question: what would actually help you in the room? No theory for theory's sake — just the skills, frameworks and confidence that move careers forward.

Learn the skills your degree won't teach you.

From cracking the case interview to building a financial model to protecting your mental health - MentorNexGen courses close the gap between graduating and getting hired.

What makes this different

Real Mentors.
Real Careers.

Online courses fail because they're built around content, not outcomes. Every MentorNexGen course is designed backwards - from the result you need, to the sessions that deliver it.

Taught by active practitioners. Every instructor has a day job doing the work they teach. When they say "here's how a PE deal gets done," it's because they closed one last quarter.

Live sessions with real-time pushback. You ask questions. You role-play real scenarios. You get called out when your answer is weak. Passive watching is not learning.

Cohort-based, community-first. You go through it with people at the same stage as you. The relationships you build in the cohort are often worth as much as the curriculum.

Completion-gated certification. The certificate is earned - through submitted work, reviewed by your instructor. It means something because it requires something.

How every course is built

Four things that make
our training work.

01
Real Practitioners
Every instructor is verified by our team — background checked, teaching observed, student feedback reviewed. No exceptions. No celebrities. Just people who do the work.
02
Live, not recorded
Real-time sessions where you ask questions, practise scenarios, and get honest feedback. All sessions are recorded if you miss one — but the live experience is what drives the 94% completion rate.
03
Cohort, not solo
You learn alongside a group of people at the same stage and with similar goals. The accountability, the feedback, and the network you build with your cohort stay with you long after the course ends.
04
Earned certification
Submit the assignments. Get them reviewed. Earn the certificate. It's on your profile, it links to your work, and employers already in our network know it means genuine completion — not participation.

FAQ

Questions before you enrol.

What's the time commitment per week?+
Most courses require 3-5 hours per week including the live session (90 minutes), independent exercises, and community engagement. Mental wellness and AI courses are lighter (2-3 hours). Financial modelling and case interview courses are heavier (5-7 hours) because the skill only develops through repetition. Every course listing tells you exactly what to expect.
Are sessions recorded if I miss one?+
Yes - all live sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. You'll never fall behind because of a schedule conflict. That said, we strongly encourage attending live - the value of asking questions and practising in real-time is significantly higher than watching a recording. Our 94% completion rate is partly because of how we design the live experience.
What does the completion certificate actually mean?+
The MentorNexGen completion certificate is earned, not given. You complete all modules, submit required assignments, and have them reviewed by your instructor before the certificate is issued. It links to a verified profile on our platform. Employers who know MentorNexGen know the certificate requires genuine completion - it isn't a participation trophy.
What if the course isn't what I expected?+
If you complete Week 1 and decide it isn't the right fit, we offer a full refund - no questions asked. After Week 1, we don't refund completed content, but we'll work with you to find the right alternative or apply your payment to a different course. Our refund rate is under 2%, which we think speaks for itself.
Can my employer pay for training?+
Yes. We issue proper invoices and provide a learning outcomes summary for your employer's L&D or HR team. Many students on the All Access plan have their subscription covered by their employer's professional development budget. Contact hello@mentornexgen.com for an employer invoice.
Are courses taught in English only?+
Currently all courses are delivered in English. Several instructors speak additional languages (German, French, Hindi, Mandarin) and often engage in those languages during Q&A. We're building multilingual course options for German and French - join the waitlist at hello@mentornexgen.com.
